In-Person Program Announced for LAJSA’s 21st International Conference in Bogotá

The Latin American Jewish Studies Association (LAJSA) is pleased to announce the in-person program for its 21st International Research Conference, taking place in Bogotá, Colombia, on July 3–4, 2025.

This milestone event will bring together scholars, researchers, and community members from across the globe to explore and discuss the latest research in the field of Latin American Jewish Studies.

For those unable to attend in person, LAJSA offers the opportunity to follow the conference live or access recorded sessions after the event. Interested participants are invited to register as non-presenters through the conference platform:
Non-Presenter – In-Person or Online – LAJSA 21st International Conference 2025.

Individuals who have already registered for the online component — whether as presenters or non-presenters — will soon receive the full program, including embedded Zoom links for easy access to live sessions.

As paid-up participants, you will be able to follow the event live via Zoom. Please note, however, that online participants will not be able to interact with the live event.

This hybrid format reaffirms LAJSA’s commitment to academic exchange, accessibility, and global collaboration in the study of Jewish life and history in Latin America.
